Article 54 The company registration authority shall pre-approval of the company name If a decision is made, a "Notice of Preliminary Approval of Enterprise Name" shall be issued; if a decision is made to approve the establishment and registration of the company, a "Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration" shall be issued, informing the applicant to obtain a business license within 10 days from the date of decision; and a decision shall be made to approve the company's establishment and registration. If a decision is made to change the registration, a "Notice of Approval of Registration Change" shall be issued and the applicant shall be notified that the business license shall be renewed within 10 days from the date of decision; if a decision is made to approve the company's deregistration, a "Notice of Approval of Cancellation of Registration" shall be issued and the applicant shall be confiscated Business license.

If the company registration authority decides not to pre-approval or register the name, it shall issue a "Notice of Rejection of Enterprise Name" and "Notice of Registration Rejection", explaining the reasons for disapproval and registration, and Inform the applicant of the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or initiate administrative litigation in accordance with the law. Article 53 The company registration authority shall make a decision on whether to approve the registration within the prescribed time limit according to the circumstances of the registration application that is decided to be accepted:

(1) For applications submitted by the applicant to the company registration authority If the application is accepted, a decision to approve registration shall be made on the spot.

(2) If an application submitted by an applicant via letter is accepted, a decision to approve registration shall be made within 15 days from the date of acceptance.

(3) If the application is submitted by telegram, telex, fax, electronic data exchange, email, etc., the applicant shall submit the application with the telex within 15 days from the date of receipt of the "Notice of Acceptance" , telex, fax, electronic data exchange and email, etc. The contents are consistent and comply with the legal form; if the applicant submits the application documents and original materials to the company registration authority, a decision to approve registration shall be made on the spot; If application documents and original materials are submitted by letter, a decision to approve registration shall be made within 15 days from the date of acceptance.

(4) The company registration authority has not received the application documents and original materials within 60 days from the date of issuing the "Notice of Acceptance", or the application documents, original materials and the application documents accepted by the company registration authority , if the materials are inconsistent, a decision shall be made to deny registration.

If the company registration authority needs to verify the application documents and materials, it shall make a decision on whether to approve registration within 15 days from the date of acceptance.
