Legal subjectivity:

1. The approved company name enjoys name rights, and there is no infringement with the same name as the trademark. However, unapproved company names may cause infringement. 2. Enterprises are only allowed to use one name, which must not be the same as the name of a registered enterprise in the same industry within the jurisdiction of the registration authority. Same or similar.

If there are indeed special needs, the enterprise may use a subordinate name within the prescribed scope with the approval of the registration authority at or above the provincial level.

Article 3

The enterprise name shall be approved by the registration authority when the enterprise applies for registration. The enterprise name can only be used after approval and registration, and it enjoys exclusive rights within the prescribed scope.
