To apply for trademark registration, the following documents shall be submitted to the Trademark Office: (1) An application for trademark registration must follow the principle of one commodity, one trademark and one application, that is, the goods or services declared in an application can only be limited to one of the categories of similar goods and services in China. Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter on its behalf, a copy of the power of attorney for trademark agency shall also be submitted.

(2) 5 copies of trademark pattern; If a color is specified, five colored patterns and one black and white draft shall be submitted. Trademark patterns must be clear and easy to stick, printed on bright and durable paper or replaced by photos, and the length or width should not exceed 10 cm and not less than 5 cm.

(3) Copies of valid documents that can prove the identity of the applicant, such as copies of business licenses of legal persons or other organizations,

(4) Where a portrait of a person is used as a trademark to apply for registration, the power of attorney of the portrait owner must be provided and notarized by a notary office.

(five) to apply for the registration of a collective trademark or a certification trademark, the applicant's qualification certificate and the regulations on the administration of the use shall be submitted.

(6) Where a foreign applicant claims priority, he must fill in the country, date and application number of the initial application in the application form, and submit the documents claiming priority to the Trademark Office within three months. If it is not submitted within the time limit, its priority request is invalid.

(8) Trademark application documents shall be in Chinese, and foreign language documents shall be accompanied by Chinese translation.
