There are thirty categories of tea trademarks.

Tea trademarks belong to Class 30, but Class 30 trademarks include other products besides tea.

Class 30: Coffee, tea, cocoa and coffee substitutes; rice; edible starch and sago; flour and cereal preparations; bread, pastries and sweets; iced products; sugar, honey, syrups ; Fresh yeast, baking powder; salt; mustard; vinegar, sauce (condiments); spices; drinking ice.

In particular, this category does not include:

Certain plant foods (consult the alphabetical list of goods).

Non-edible antiseptic salt (Category 1).

Medicinal teas and medical nutritional foods and substances (Category 5).

Baby food (Category 5).

Dietary supplements (Category 5).

Unprocessed cereals (Class 31).

Animal feed (Class 31).
