1. if your wechat public account has not been authenticated, no matter whether it is a service number or a subscription number, as long as you apply for wechat authentication, you can get an opportunity to modify the name of the wechat public account, but the authentication of wechat requires a 3 yuan authentication fee, and the name of the wechat public account to be modified must conform to the naming rules of the wechat public platform.

2. As for the naming rules of the WeChat public platform, I am not very clear, which is determined by the WeChat backstage.

This method is only used for accounts that have not been authenticated. If the WeChat public account has been authenticated, you need to refer to the following methods if you want to modify the name.

Method/Step 2. If the WeChat public platform account has been authenticated, you need to contact Tencent customer service (usually a third-party authentication agency that cooperates with WeChat). Since I have only modified the authenticated service number, if the authenticated subscription number is a company application, The modification method is the same as that of the authenticated service number

1. If you have successfully applied for the WeChat authentication service on the WeChat public platform and need to modify the public account name, you need to prepare the following information first:

(1) Public account number (QQ number/email address);

(2), the original ID of the public account (which can be viewed in the "Settings" account information of the public platform);

(3), the original public account name;

(4) the name of the public account to be set;

the third naming method: based on the trademark name: only trademarks registered/applied for by the Trademark Office in Chinese mainland. For registered trademarks, please provide the Trademark Registration Certificate; for those who use trademarks registered by others, you must also provide the trademark owner's authorization letter; for those who have applied for trademarks, please provide the Trademark Acceptance Notice. Example of certification name: Wo Club ("Wo" is the trademark name).

the fourth naming method: based on the name of the real estate building, excluding the company abbreviation/trademark. Certificates such as Construction Project Planning Permit or Commodity House Pre-sale Permit are required. Example of certification name: Southern Communication Building.

the fifth naming method: based on the telephone number, not including the company abbreviation/trademark. For the customer service telephone that is clear to the public, you don't need to prove it. Other telephone number ownership certificates and telephone bills and invoices in the last 3 months are required. Example of certification name: 95555 ("95555" is the customer service hotline of China Merchants Bank)

Sixth naming method: based on media (radio and television, newspapers and periodicals) channels/programs/newspapers/periodicals. Radio and television need to provide a "radio and television broadcasting agency license" or "radio and television channel license"; For newspapers and periodicals, please provide the Publishing License of People's Republic of China, the Publishing License of People's Republic of China, or the Publishing License of People's Republic of China; Online media need to provide the Internet News Information Service License or the Information Network Broadcasting Audio-visual Program License.

The seventh naming method: based on other naming methods, relevant administrative or legal documents for the right to use the name must be provided, and Tencent and third-party audit institutions will confirm it after review. For example, if a large-scale mass event with more than 1, people is named, a Safety Permit for Large-scale Mass Events is required.

2. After the materials are fully prepared, contact Tencent's customer service and tell her that you need to apply for modifying the name of the public account. When she asks you for relevant materials, just send it to her online. Tencent's relevant staff will further review whether it conforms to the naming rules of WeChat public accounts, and will reply you within 3 working days (excluding weekends and legal holidays) after verification.
