Zhang He (1890-1946), whose original name was Chuanzheng and whose courtesy name was Deting, was born in the Zhang family of Zhonghuopu Mountain Crab in Puqi, Hubei Province (now Chibi). His father was Hongyuan, whose courtesy name was Rencheng. A student in the late Qing Dynasty. Mr. Xiang started his education in his hometown and studied at Benyi Academy. At that time, Zhang Zhidong founded a new school in Hubei, so he transferred to the provincial "Middle School" and became a classmate with Liu Shuqi (1890-1935) from the same town. The Revolution of 1911 was successful. Mr. graduated from high school and was admitted to the Economics Department of Peking University Business School. He graduated in the fifth year of the Republic of China (1916) with a bachelor's degree in business. After graduation, he was recommended by Beiyang politician Pu Yi Zhang Guogan (1876-1959) and served as director of the Trademark Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce of the Beijing Government for a short period of time. He resigned the following year.
