1. The mode of employment is the system of preparing external labor contracts;
2. The basic salary is about 4,5 yuan, and performance pay is paid monthly according to the completion of workload;
3. Establish social insurance (including pension, unemployment, work injury, medical care and maternity) and housing accumulation fund according to national regulations;
4. Vacation and overtime work shall be carried out in accordance with national regulations;
5. The probation period shall be implemented according to the Labor Contract Law.
