The production and use of self-adhesive

Self-adhesive label material is also called self-adhesive label material. It is a composite material with paper, film or special materials as the fabric, adhesive on the back, and silicon-coated protective paper as the base paper. Due to the variety of coating technologies, self-adhesive materials are formed into different grades. The current development direction is from traditional roller coating and blade coating to high-pressure cast coating to ensure the coating to the maximum extent. Uniform sensibility, avoids the generation of bubbles and pinholes, and ensures coating quality. However, the domestic technology of cast cloth coating is not yet mature, and traditional roller coating is mainly used in China.

Classification of self-adhesive stickers:

The earliest self-adhesive was produced in the hands of a chemist from 3M Company in the United States. It was in 1964. At that time, when he was studying various adhesive formulas, he formulated a new type of adhesive that was highly viscous but not easy to solidify. Use it to stick something on and it can be easily peeled off even after a long time. At that time, people thought that this kind of adhesive would not be very useful, so they did not pay attention to it. In 1973, a new tape product development team of 3M Company applied this glue to the back of commonly used trademarks, and then attached a piece of paper coated with a trace amount of wax to the glue. In this way, the world's first trademark paper was born. As a result, people gradually discovered the role of self-adhesives, and more and more people used self-adhesives.
