Material: the hunter's is ABS engineering plastic; Stars are made of aluminum.

Length: from the top of the cap to the end of the pen. The hunter without guard ring is about 13.5cm, and the star with guard ring is about 14cm. All in all, they are about the same length.

Second, the pen cap

Weight of hat: Obviously, the star hat is slightly heavier than the hunter hat when you hold it in your hand, which is caused by the different weights of metal and plastic;

Hat light: When you shine a flashlight (on your mobile phone) into the channel of the hat, the reflection at the bottom of the channel of the hunter hat is not as strong as that of the stars, which is also due to the difference between metal and plastic;

Cross on the pen holder: both stars and hunters belong to the cross. Some limited editions are round. Whether coins can be placed in the once-sunken cross is the basis for judging whether it is true or not, and now it is basically filled. It's easy to fill in this. In addition, some people say that the pencil holder is right or wrong because everyone observes it from different angles, which is actually unconvincing.

Third, the pen container

Color of pen holder: The ordinary edition of Hunter and Star series are all stainless steel pen holders, and the limited edition is mostly color.

Elasticity of pen container: The pen containers of Hunter and Star series are generally elastic. Don't push too hard, or the cap on the designated pen will break. In fact, the elasticity of this pen container is enough, and it is completely ok to clip it in schoolbags, books, pockets and other places.

Fourth, the pen

The shape of the transparent window of the pen holder. The transparent windows of hunters and star pens are oval and rectangular in shape.

Penholder transparent window perspective: authentic hunters and stars, after the protective ring is removed and tightened, the transparent window can directly see the pen capsule or part of the inker inside. The threads of any pen tip will not cross.

The logo of the pen. The signs of hunters and stars appear at the end of the pen. The tail hunter's LOGO is deeper than the star's. Finally, the logo of the star is slightly deeper than that of the hunter. There is a round hole in the middle of the star, but the hunter doesn't.

V. Written form

Take off the protective ring and the ink container inside, and the pen can be divided into two parts: the pen holder and the pen head.

Written vision: the part of the hunter's pen is opaque in plastic, while the part of the star is transparent.

Written paragraph: When the small flashlight on the mobile phone shines into the written paragraph, the hunter can clearly see the shape of a sunflower, while the star is a smooth circle. This is also an important basis for judging truth and falsehood, especially for hunters, which is more accurate.

Six, pen tip

The front of the nib is the nib.

Pen tip thickness: generally, it has the thickness of EF/f/m/1.1.1.5, with ef being the thinnest. Some scratches are not quality control problems, but are caused by writing when the quality of tip paper is not good. Generally, writing requires running-in F, which is more fluent.

Factory ink test: Almost every factory hunter and star pen will try blue ink. So don't be surprised when you see blue ink on the new LAMY nib.

Pen tip replacement: The pen tips of Hunter and Star series can be replaced with each other. There are four main replacement methods, namely, transparent glue method, pen cap method, paper towel method and hand grasping method.
