What conditions should a trademark agent have?
To become a trademark agent, the following conditions should be met: engaging in trademark agency business in a trademark agency established according to law; Having full capacity for civil conduct; Having passed the qualification examination or assessment of trademark agents; Abide by laws and regulations, and abide by professional ethics and practice discipline.

Article 85 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

Trademark agency practitioners mentioned in the Trademark Law refer to the staff engaged in trademark agency business. Trademark agency practitioners may not accept entrustment in their own names.

Article 86

The relevant application documents submitted by a trademark agency to the Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall be stamped with the official seal of the agency and signed by the staff of the relevant trademark agency.

Article 87

The Trademark Office does not accept the application for registration of trademark agencies or the transfer of trademarks other than their agency services.

Article 88

The following acts belong to the act of disrupting the order of the trademark agency market by other improper means as stipulated in Item 2, Paragraph 1, Article 68 of the Trademark Law:

(a) soliciting business by means of fraud, false propaganda, misleading or commercial bribery;

(2) Concealing facts or providing false evidence, or threatening or inducing others to conceal facts or provide false evidence;

(three) to accept the entrustment of two parties with conflicts of interest in the same trademark case.
