The owner of a famous trademark can apply for renewal to the Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce three months before the expiration date. If it meets the conditions for famous trademark recognition, the Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce shall confirm and announce it. Each renewal is valid for 3 years.
