After the company name is changed, the trademark change is usually processed within one month. If the registration matters change, the trademark registrant shall submit a change application, and shall not change the registration matters without the change. A company's trademark change can be handled by itself, or it can be entrusted to a legally established trademark agency.

Article 18 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China

You can apply for trademark registration or handle other trademark matters by yourself , or you can entrust a legally established trademark agency to handle the matter. When foreigners or foreign enterprises apply for trademark registration and handle other trademark matters in China, they should entrust a trademark agency established in accordance with the law to handle it.

Article 41

If a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registration matters of the registrant, a change application shall be submitted.
