All products of Green Rifeng Pipe have Rifeng logo and laser trademark.
Rifeng pipe is an aluminum-plastic composite pipe product of Foshan Rifeng Enterprise Co., Ltd. This product technology originated from Europe. Around 1996 to 1997, aluminum-plastic composite pipes were introduced to China by Rifeng Enterprises. They have been widely used so far, mainly in the three major fields of water supply, heating, and gas.
What should you pay attention to when using Rifeng pipes
(Like other water pipes, only standard use can obtain an effective warranty). Things to note when using Rifeng pipes (tips from official information and warranty sheets):
◎ Pipes that may freeze should be insulated.
◎ Avoid long-term ultraviolet rays to prevent premature aging. Use anti-UV black tubes or take other protective measures (wearing insulated tubes can kill two birds with one stone).
◎ Because the water temperature at the outlet of some gas water heaters may be overheated, a metal hose should be used as an intermediate transition and then connected to the Rifeng pipe.
◎ After installation, a hydraulic pressure test should be carried out in accordance with relevant construction specifications to prevent water seepage and leakage caused by improper installation.
PP-R pipe: The test pressure of cold water pipes should be 1.5 times the design pressure of the cold water pipeline system and not less than 0.9MPa;
The test pressure of hot water pipes should be hot water 2.0 times the design pressure of the pipeline system, and shall not be less than 1.2MPa.
◎ It is recommended to use Rifeng accessories (because the outer diameter of pipes from different manufacturers will deviate from the inner diameter of pipe fittings, which can easily lead to poor welding. The microcard test showed that the inner diameter of Rifeng pipes is thicker and the outer diameter Standard. The melting point of the outer layer and the melt resistance of the inner layer are appropriate, and the welding effect is excellent. The copper parts of the accessories have dovetail grooves).
