The nozzle of inkjet printer is the key component of inkjet. If it is blocked, the ink will not be ejected, which will hinder the normal work. However, the aperture of the nozzle is relatively small, so in the actual use process, the most common problem of inkjet printers is nozzle blockage, and solving nozzle blockage is the basic skill of troubleshooting inkjet printers. So how to deal with the nozzle blockage problem of inkjet printer? There are usually two types of nozzle clogging in inkjet printers:
1, ink line appears but position deviation is not allowed.
If this happens, you can directly operate on the inkjet printer to troubleshoot. The specific solution is to remove the blockage by exhausting and flushing, open and close the nozzle several times in a row, and then flush the blockage in the nozzle. This situation is generally not too serious.
2. No ink lines appear
When there is no ink line, it is generally necessary to remove the nozzle for cleaning. After cleaning, restart the ink line and confirm that it is pumped into the nozzle recovery tank to solve the problem.
If the above two methods can't be solved, it needs to be repaired, which may be due to internal failure, nozzle blockage or untimely filter element replacement or unqualified ink jet printer consumables.
Second, how to clean the inkjet printer nozzle
The nozzle of the inkjet printer is blocked. If the situation is serious, it needs to be removed and cleaned. If the situation is not serious, you can perform the nozzle cleaning procedure of the inkjet printer, which can also be used for daily nozzle maintenance. The cleaning method of the nozzle of the inkjet printer is as follows:
1. Remove the nozzle cover and clean the nozzle to ensure that it is clean around the nozzle.
2. Rotate the nozzle vertically, wrap the part connected with the nozzle tube with absorbent material, then hold the nozzle and press the "enter" key in the operation interface to start the nozzle cleaning operation. At this time, the screen status bar will display "The inkjet printer is cleaning the nozzle".
3. Spray a small amount of diluent on the inverted nozzle. Diluent sprayed on the nozzle surface will be sucked by the nozzle hole and then flow back to the ink system. Spray the diluent on the nozzle repeatedly until the diluent is no longer inhaled.
4. Perform the nozzle cleaning procedure three times a day, and try to start spraying after each cleaning. If the nozzle is blocked, it can be cleaned several times. If the nozzle is still blocked after cleaning 10 times, it needs to be replaced or repaired.
5. Wait a few minutes after cleaning to make the nozzle completely dry. Pay special attention to that there is no residual diluent between the nozzle and the charging electrode. If so, you can turn the cleaning bottle upside down and blow dry the diluent between the nozzle and the charging electrode.
