Speaking of Taoyuan, we have to mention one person. He is Jin Xitian, the first peach grower in Bazi, western Sichuan. Outside the guardrail, at the foot of the hillside, the courtyard composed of red walls and blue tiles is the former residence of Jin Xitian.

Jin Xitian was born in Jinjiawan, Shanquan in 1903. He was the youngest in the family and his father was a Chinese medicine practitioner. In 1926, he was admitted to the Foreign Languages ??Department of the College of Liberal Arts of West China University. In 1931, he graduated from West China University and stayed as a lecturer in the Foreign Languages ??Department and director of the Photography Department of the school. In 1930, he participated in the ethnic customs inspection group of West China University and went to Kangding, Xichang, Emei and other places for inspection and internship. Along the way, he was deeply attracted by the beautiful natural scenery, especially the orchards of farmers along the way, and the idea of ??planting fruit trees came to him.
