Guangming New District belongs to Guangming District. The nine community workstations under Guangming Street are Guangming, Dongzhou, Biyan, Fenghuang, Zhenmei, Baihua, Cuihu, Jingkou and Xinqiang, while the 19 community workstations under Gongming Street are Gongming, Yulu, Changzhen, Hongxing, Tianliao, Jiazitang, Tangjia, Dongkeng, Tangwei, Jiangshi and Loucun.

Guangming New District in Shenzhen is located in the northwest of Shenzhen, with four directions of southeast and northwest bordering on Longhua New District in Shenzhen, Baoan District in Shenzhen, Shiyan Street in Shenzhen and Huangjiang Town in Dongguan. Guangming New District Management Committee and other management agencies are located in Guangming Street, and the two streets under its jurisdiction are Gongming Street with an area of 1.3 square kilometers and Guangming Street with an area of 55.8 square kilometers, with a total area of 156.1 square kilometers.
