The identification of Chinese time-honored brands is stricter:
(1) having the ownership or right to use the trademark;

(4) Having a corporate culture that inherits the fine traditions of the Chinese nation.

Third, the requirements for trademark registration are different: well-known trademarks can be registered or not, while Chinese time-honored brands and famous trademarks must be registered trademarks.
Personally, the importance of Chinese time-honored brands in the field of national traditional industries is far greater than well-known trademarks and famous trademarks.
