As an unknown and selfless educator, you often need to prepare lesson plans. Teaching plans are the basic conditions to ensure the success of teaching and improve the quality of teaching. So have you learned about the lesson plans? Below is a lesson plan I collected for middle class students on safety awareness of signs on food packaging. It is for reference only. Let’s take a look.
Based on the actual environment of our school, the small vendors in front of the school, especially the small vendors, only care about making money and selling cheap Sanwu food to students, ignoring the students' health. School leaders and teachers jointly emphasized the dangers of eating three-free foods, but the effect was very small. This lesson plan was specially designed to provide safety education to children.
Activity objectives:
1. Understand the simple common sense of food packaging marks, and initially learn to identify certain food packaging marks.
2. Let students learn to identify the shelf life and production date of food bags, food boxes, food cans, etc.
3. Test the children's reaction ability and exercise their personal abilities. ,
4. Help children initially establish a sense of self-prevention and self-protection.
Activity preparation:
Children and parents collect food packages, boxes, cans, etc., and fill in survey reports.
Activity process:
1. Create scene introduction
The teacher found that some children have to buy some at the school gate every day when their parents pick them up. Eat snacks, but those foods are actually very unhygienic and may even cause death. (Tell young children about the news that five students in Shaanxi Province were poisoned after buying snacks in front of the school, and one person died after being rescued.) In order to prevent the above It happened to us that it is very important to be able to buy food.
1. Understand food packaging signs
2. Students observe the patterns on the food bags, boxes and cans they bring.
3. Discuss and state your observations
(1) Registered trademark
(2) Production date and shelf life
(3) Quality and safety mark
(4) Green food mark (QS)
(5) Hygiene mark (H)
Teacher summary: on food packaging We call the colorful patterns and text food packaging signs
Extension: Invite children to publicize the food hygiene knowledge they have learned to the people around them, and learn how to refer to it with the help of their parents. Use the above knowledge to buy food.
Reflection on the activity:
In the activity, I combined the existing experience of local children and used teaching methods such as observation, diagramming and physical manipulation. Through looking, searching, smelling, drawing, etc., we used multiple senses to participate in activities and learned how to identify food safety. During the activity, I first played a video of a little girl shopping in the supermarket. After watching the video, the children knew the safety information of packaging bags that they should know when buying goods. However, because the children had little exposure to the safety information of packaging bags, they mentioned safety signs, production dates and other information. At that time, the children could not tell. When talking about junk food, the children were encouraged to name the common junk food around them. However, when drawing, most children imitated others and did not draw different junk foods. They need encouragement. Through this activity, the children have reached the key points and the difficulties have been broken through. However, you can consider investing more food packaging bags in the activity, allowing each child to participate in the search, and reflecting the children's autonomy.
