The term "certification mark" as used in this Law refers to a mark controlled by an organization that has the ability to supervise certain goods or services.

Collective trademarks and certifications used by units or individuals outside the organization to certify the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the goods or services. Special matters regarding trademark registration and management shall be stipulated by the industrial and commercial administration department of the State Council.
