After trademark application, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce will not reply by phone
After trademark application, the Trademark Office will only send relevant documents to the entrusted agency or the applicant’s user system middle.
Under normal circumstances, you can receive the "Registration Application Acceptance Notice" issued by the Trademark Office within one month after submitting the application. After submitting the application, it will take about nine to twelve months (for reference only, the final Subject to official review) review is over. Trademarks that pass the review will enter the announcement (three-month) stage, and a certificate will be issued about one month after the announcement.
Trademark acceptance notice:
It is a certificate given to the party after the Trademark Office receives the application, similar to a receipt. After the applicant submits a complete trademark registration application to the Trademark Office, the Trademark Office will issue the applicant a "Notice of Acceptance", notifying the applicant that the Trademark Office has accepted his application and informing him of the filing date. The trademark acceptance notice can usually be obtained in about six months.
