The penalties for driving a motor vehicle are as follows:
1, driving a motor vehicle that does not meet the driving permit type;
2. Driving and operating buses, excluding buses and school buses, carrying more than 20% passengers;
3, causing escape after a traffic accident, which does not constitute a crime;
4. Failing to drive or stop at the intersection as required;
5. Driving a motor vehicle to tow a trailer in violation of regulations.
6. Call and answer mobile phones, watch TV and other behaviors that hinder safe driving.
Article 95 of the Road Traffic Safety Law
If a motor vehicle driving on the road is not hung with a motor vehicle number plate, a qualified inspection mark or an insurance mark, or does not carry a driving license or a driver's license with it, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall detain the motor vehicle, notify the parties concerned to provide the corresponding number plate or mark or go through the corresponding formalities, and may impose penalties in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of this Law. If the party concerned provides the corresponding number plate, logo or goes through the corresponding formalities, it shall return the motor vehicle in time.
Whoever intentionally conceals, defaces or fails to install the motor vehicle number plate in accordance with the provisions shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of this Law.
