3. SMS query: Consumers edit the anti-counterfeiting code on the anti-counterfeiting trademark into a text message, send it to the number specified on the label, and receive a reply text message informing consumers of the authenticity of the product.

4. Channel query: Visit Elevi’s website or download the mobile application, look for the page or function module for anti-counterfeiting code query, enter the anti-counterfeiting code, and the system will verify the authenticity of the entered anti-counterfeiting code. If the security code is valid, the channel may display information related to the product.
