5. Merchants must truthfully provide materials and information:

1) Please ensure the authenticity, completeness and validity of the relevant qualifications and information provided during the application and subsequent operation stages. , once false qualifications or information are discovered, Kuaishou Store will no longer cooperate with the merchant and has the right to deal with it in accordance with the rules of Kuaishou Store and the relevant agreements signed with the merchant.

① If the relevant qualifications provided by the merchant are provided by a third party, including but not limited to trademark registration certificate, authorization letter, product quality inspection report, etc., please be sure to verify the authenticity, validity and completeness of the documents first;

② Merchants should truthfully provide the main body and relevant information of their store operations, including but not limited to the actual operating main body of the store, agent operating company and other information, and ensure that the contact information and other information provided are true and valid, and Kuaishou Store, consumers or Other third parties can obtain effective contact with the merchant through this contact information;

2) If Kuaishou Store has relevant regulations on changes to merchant information and data, such regulations shall apply, but if the merchant changes as listed in item 3.5.1 Information should be notified in writing to Kuaishou E-commerce 10 calendar days in advance; if not notified in advance, Kuaishou Store will handle it according to Kuaishou Store rules.
