Legal Analysis: Application for Xiangyang Individual Business License:

A business license is a certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration authority to industrial and commercial enterprises and individual traders allowing them to engage in certain production and business activities. Industrial and commercial enterprises or self-employed individuals who do not have a business license are not allowed to open their business. They are not allowed to engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks, or publish advertisements, and they are not allowed to open bank accounts.

2. Company Articles of Association signed by all shareholders;

4. Appointment documents and ID card copies of directors, supervisors and managers;

5. Designation Proof of representative or entrusted agent;

6. Agent’s ID card and its copy;

7. Proof of residence use.
