Trademark registration r and TM must be placed in the lower right corner or the upper right corner, and cannot be placed in other places. If you put it in other places, the administrative department for industry and commerce will ask you to correct it after finding it.

There are also some traditional registered trademarks that are marked with a circle, also in the upper right corner or the lower right corner, and even the words "registered trademark" can be directly marked near the product trademark.

Differences between symbols:

TM: the logo indicating that the trademark has been submitted for registration and is under trial, and it belongs to the accepted trademark;

R: indicates that the trademark has been successfully registered, and it belongs to the logo of the registered trademark.
