1. Recruitment principles and methods
Adhere to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, implement the principles of democracy, openness, competition and merit selection, and select the best on the basis of examinations and inspections.
This recruitment adopts a unified recruitment method and is organized and implemented by the Wen'an County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
2. Recruitment scope, positions and quotas
100 teachers are recruited this time.
Among them: 55 people are recruited for college graduates; 40 people are openly recruited for college graduates with no limit on graduation year; 5 people are openly recruited for people who have expired national grassroots service projects. 3. Basic conditions
(1) Applicants should meet the following basic conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Age requirements: Aged above 18 years old, 35 years old and below (born between February 3, 1987 and February 3, 2005);
3. Abide by the constitution and laws , have good conduct and professional ethics;
4. Have the age, academic degree, and professional qualifications that are suitable for the requirements of the recruitment position;
5. Have the physical conditions to adapt to the requirements of the position;
6. Meet other conditions required for the applied position.
Residents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who meet the recruitment requirements can apply for corresponding positions and must obtain academic qualifications recognized by the mainland of their motherland.
(2) Explanation of some job conditions
1. Some positions in this recruitment are for special recruitment of "college graduates", including the following personnel:
(1) College graduates in 2023 who are included in the national unified recruitment plan and admitted to ordinary colleges and universities.
(2) For the 2023 and 2022 general college graduates enrolled in the national unified enrollment who have not confirmed their work unit, their household registration, files, and organizational relationships will still be retained in the original school where they graduated, or they will be retained in the employment supervisor of graduates at all levels. 2. Requirements for personnel in other positions:

Those who are determined to be employed must obtain a teacher qualification certificate before going through the employment procedures, otherwise their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
(3) Persons with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
1. Active military personnel, civil servants during the probation period and staff of public institutions during the probation period, persons who have not reached the minimum Personnel with service years or less than the agreed minimum service period and non-fresh graduates are not included in the recruitment scope.
2. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public service, as well as persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to be recruited as staff of public institutions according to laws and regulations, are not allowed to apply.
3. Personnel who will form a avoidance relationship after applying for employment.
Applicants are not allowed to apply for recruitment positions that will constitute a avoidance relationship after employment.
The avoidance relationship shall be implemented in accordance with Article 6 of the "Revocation Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions".
Article 6 stipulates: Employees of public institutions who have the following family relationships shall not be employed in management positions with direct superior-subordinate leadership relationships in the same public institution, nor may they serve as leaders in one of the public institutions. 4. Basic Recruitment Procedures
Recruitment is implemented in seven steps: online registration and preliminary qualification review, examination, inspection, physical examination, determination of proposed personnel, public announcement, and employment.

6. Candidates must keep in mind: registration and payment deadlines, printing time of "Written Examination Admission Ticket", written examination time, qualification review time and other time information.
If the relevant operations are not completed within the specified time, it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned.

7. Objects and methods for exemption of registration examination fees.

(2) Exam content and requirements
The exam will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview.
1. Written test.
The examination will be divided into groups according to the applied positions and will be conducted in a closed-book manner.
(1) Written test subjects: "Basic Knowledge of Public Security" and "Education Professional Ability Test". The time limit for answering questions in each subject is 90 minutes, and the full score for each subject is 100 points.

(4) Interview judges: The interview judges are from outside the country. Each interview judge group consists of 7 judges, including 1 chief judge and 6 judges.
(5) The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture, with a time limit of no more than 10 minutes per person.
It mainly examines the applicant’s ability to design teaching and give actual lessons. Candidates prepare lessons for 10 minutes in advance.
The interview adopts a hundred-point system and is scored on the spot. The interview score adopts the "gymnastics scoring" method. The highest score and the lowest score are removed, and the average of the other scores is the candidate's interview score.
The entire interview process will be videotaped and the original interview materials will be archived.
(6) Interview requirements: Interviews are grouped according to the positions applied for. Candidates applying for the same position are generally divided into the same group and in the same venue.
Candidates must present the "Written Exam Admission Ticket", the valid second-generation "Resident ID Card" or "Temporary ID Card", and the "Interview Notice" to attend the interview. Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to attend the interview.
Before each group of interviews, candidates draw lots to determine the interview order.
During the interview, candidates must only report their group and lottery number, but not their name, otherwise they will be disqualified for the interview.
Candidates must leave the examination room immediately after the interview. They are not allowed to return to the interview room, waiting room or preparation room, and are not allowed to stay or discuss near the examination room.
Candidates who violate interview disciplines and regulations will have their interview qualifications or interview results cancelled. Candidates who have not arrived at the waiting room when the lot is drawn will be deemed to have given up automatically.
The full interview score is 100 points. Candidates who fail (less than 60 points) will be disqualified from employment.
The interview results will be posted at the examination location on the day and will be announced every half day.
3. The total test score = written test score × 50 interview score × 50.
The total test scores will be announced to the public on the registration website/www.wenan.gov.cn for seven working days.
For those who report serious problems and find out the evidence and do not meet the employment conditions, their qualifications will be cancelled; for those who report serious problems but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended until the verification and conclusion are made. (7) Employment
If there is no objection after the public announcement period, or if there are problems reported but it will not affect the employment after verification, the competent department of the public institution will put forward employment opinions and report them to the county government for approval , after being approved by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for filing, the employment contract will be signed in accordance with relevant regulations and related procedures such as employment, mobility, wages, and social security will be handled.
The employed teachers shall be subject to a probationary period in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, and the probationary period shall be calculated into the term of the employment contract.
After the probationary period, those who pass the comprehensive assessment will be formally hired; those who fail the assessment will be disqualified.
Those who sign up in accordance with the phased policy of "starting work first, obtaining certificates later" and are determined to be employed will be subject to a one-year probationary period. If the probationary period expires and the teacher qualification certificate required for the position is not obtained, the employer will The unit and the competent department shall terminate the employment contract in accordance with the law.
Due to various reasons, vacancies formed during the inspection, physical examination, and public announcement process can be filled in by positions according to the total test score from high to low. Those who did not participate in the interview cannot be filled.
