How long is the trademark valid?
On the period of validity of a trademark: Article 37 of the Trademark Law stipulates: "The period of validity of a registered trademark is 10 years, counting from the date of approval of registration." Renew the trademark six months before the expiration of the validity period and pay the renewal fee. The validity period of each renewal is still 10 years, and the number of renewals is unlimited. If it is not renewed in time after the expiration, the Trademark Office will cancel its trademark.
