According to China's regulations on genetically modified agricultural products, if it is food processed by genetically modified agricultural products, or if genetically modified agricultural products and their processed products are used in raw materials, it must be indicated in its label. If you don't use genetically modified agricultural products, you don't need to label them

Legal basis: Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 11 The following marks shall not be registered as trademarks: (1) Only the common name, figure and model of the commodity; (2) directly indicating only the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the goods; (three) other lack of distinctive features. A trademark listed in the preceding paragraph may be registered as a trademark if it has obvious characteristics and is easy to identify after use.

Article 27 Where a trademark applied for registration conforms to the relevant provisions of this Law, it shall be preliminarily examined and approved by the Trademark Office and announced.
