2. Submit application: submit the above registration information through official submission or entrusted submission;
3. Examination: The examination of Polish trademarks includes two parts: preliminary examination and substantive examination. Generally, the content is to determine whether the submitted application documents are complete, whether the applied trademark is distinctive, and whether it violates the relevant prohibition provisions of the Trademark Law.
4. Trademark announcement: After the trademark has passed the examination, the application information will be published in the official Polish announcement. Anyone can raise objections, state reasons and submit relevant evidence within the two-month announcement period.
5. Registration approval: If there is no objection during the announcement period, the trademark will be registered and a registration certificate will be issued.
