the applicant directly submits a trademark application to the Hungarian intellectual property office, which will examine whether the application meets the requirements for determining the application date, whether the application for trademark protection has been submitted, the identity information of the applicant, the attached drawings of the logo and the list of goods and services. After the examination, it will be awarded the application date and application number, and will be published in Hungarian trademark journals. Any third party can raise objections to the trademark. During this announcement period, the trademark documents that have been ruled by objection or the trademark documents that have no objections will be approved for registration, and a trademark registration certificate will be issued.
