2. Qualifications and requirements for .registration applicants
The qualifications for ".trademark" applicants are limited to individuals, enterprises or organizations that hold a trademark certificate or trademark application. The issuer of a trademark certificate or trademark application, as well as other documents with certification of trademark protection, must be a national/regional/regional intellectual property organization/Madrid-designated member state.

5. Requirements for application materials

6. Registration period, renewal, deletion, change and transfer of ".trademark"

Before the domain name expires, the registrar should email and other effective ways to remind domain name holders to renew their domain names. The domain name registrant shall not refuse to renew on the ground that the renewal notice has not been received. Domain name registrars should maintain records of the above notifications. Renewal of a domain name and re-registration after domain name deletion must follow the domain name registration rules and re-qualify;
According to ICANN regulations, the life cycle of a domain name after expiration includes three stages: automatic renewal grace period ( Auto-Renew Grace Period ), Redemption Grace Period (Redemption Grace Period), Delete Waiting Period (Pending Delete).
During the Auto-Renew Grace Period, domain names that have expired but have not been renewed will still be given a certain grace period to renew. The registrar can set the length of this grace period, but it shall not exceed 45 days after the domain name expires. During the Redemption Grace Period, domain names that have expired but have not been renewed must pay an additional redemption fee before the domain name can be renewed. The redemption grace period is 30 days. After this period, the domain name cannot be renewed or redeemed. The deletion waiting period (Pending Delete) is 5 days, and the domain name will be completely deleted from the registration authority database at any time within 5 days.

Except for deletion of domain names due to expired and unpaid fees, the ".trademark" registration authority has the right to comply with ICANN regulations and the requirements of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center , relevant provisions of the domain name management regulations of the region where the domain name is used, notices from the relevant courts and administrative units of the region where the domain name is used, and deletion of the registration of specific domain names.
For domain names that are in dispute, the ".trademark" registration authority has the right to stop parsing and freeze the domain name in accordance with ICANN's relevant dispute policies. After the dispute is over, the ".trademark" registration authority will transfer or cancel the domain name involved in accordance with the decision made by the expert panel of the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center.

If the domain name owner needs to make changes to the registered domain name, he must submit the corresponding documents and make the changes in accordance with the ".trademark" registration rules.

7. Registration application process
The pre-registration period is the registration application period established by the ".trademark" registration authority before the domain name sunrise period for all qualified applications. A person submits a domain name registration application in advance in order to reserve sufficient time to verify the trademark information on which the application is based. During this period, no ownership rights will be assigned to any registration applications received;

The first phase lasts for 60 days. The first group is for applicants with TMCH qualifications, the second group is for applicants with trademark registration certificate qualifications, and the third group is for applicants with trademark application qualifications under review. The above pre-registration period, sunrise period, and allocation period are the domain name registration application qualification and information review stages, and there is no WHOIS display. After the domain name is successfully registered, it will be displayed in WHOIS and the domain name usage time will be calculated.
After the allocation period, the domain name public registration period enters. During this period, all qualified applicants can submit applications and allocation will be based on the "first to apply, first to get" rule. The allocation method of duplicate name auction will no longer be used. The order of eligible applications will be determined based on the reception time recorded in the Registration Authority system.
