In order to promote tea production on the road of high yield, high quality and efficiency, improve the economic benefits of tea production and increase farmers' income, Daren Town, Zhen'an County hired tea experts to conduct a three-day inspection of tea farmers in the town Professional technical training to comprehensively improve the quality of Xiangyuan tea.

Daren Town is the main production area of ??Zhenan Xiangyuan tea and has a unique geographical environment. In order to fully develop local specialty industries and increase farmers' income, the town's party committee and government made full use of resources, climate, and brand advantages to take effective measures to develop and expand the tea industry. On March 26, the town held its first tea technology training class, inviting tea experts from Ankang Agricultural School to teach. In addition to teaching tea farmers scientific cultivation, management, picking and other techniques, the experts also went to Xiangyuan Village, the town's tea planting demonstration base, for on-site guidance and answered various questions raised by tea farmers one by one, which benefited tea farmers a lot. According to statistics, more than 1,000 tea farmers participated in this training. At present, 150 people have passed the dual examinations of theory and practical operation, obtained tea technology level certificates, and become the first batch of local experts in tea development in the county. Daren Town has established and improved six mechanisms for the investigation and resolution of conflicts and disputes, and strives to form a petition investigation and mediation mechanism that "relies on prevention to block the source, relies on investigation to control in a timely manner, and relies on mediation to completely resolve". From January to June, the town's police investigated 23 conflicts and disputes and successfully mediated 20 cases, with a mediation rate of 86.9%, creating a stable and peaceful environment for the harmonious development of the town's economy and society.

The first is to establish a prevention mechanism. Each village starts from "grasping early, catching small, catching quickly" to grasp information in a timely manner and resolve conflicts in the bud; at the same time, it adopts methods such as legal popularization and case explanation to enhance the general public's awareness of law-abiding and ability to distinguish right from wrong, and reduce disputes from the source occurrence.

The second is to establish an investigation mechanism. Each village regularly provides timely feedback on disputes within its jurisdiction, hot spots and difficulties of public concern, and information related to stability work to the coordination and command center of the Town Complaints and Calls Mediation Office. The town command center establishes conflict and dispute files by household, and records all types of disputes discovered during the investigation. Conflicts and hidden dangers shall be sorted and classified according to their nature and priority, and recorded in files in detail.

The third is to establish a package mechanism. Conflicts and disputes that have a greater impact on social stability or are difficult to resolve will be implemented by the main leaders of the town, and a supervision system will be implemented to resolve them within a time limit. At the same time, a responsibility system for the investigation, mediation and resolution of conflicts and disputes for village cadres will be implemented and included in the year-end evaluation.

The fourth is to establish a mediation mechanism. In strict accordance with the principle of territorial management and "whoever is in charge, who is responsible", minor disputes are mediated by the household head of the public security center; general disputes are mediated by the village mediation committee in accordance with the law; difficult disputes are mediated by the town mediation committee in a timely manner; major conflicts and disputes are reported. Conflicts and disputes involving departments will be diverted by the Town Complaints and Calls Mediation Office Command Center to departments for mediation within a time limit; for difficult disputes involving multiple departments or that have been pending for a long time, the Town Complaints and Calls Mediation Office Command Center and the Town Mediation Committee will organize and coordinate the relevant departments to implement joint Office, formulate mediation plans to ensure successful mediation.

The fifth is to establish a return visit mechanism. For the mediation of major conflicts and disputes, the town's petition command center designates a dedicated person to handle the case, and makes regular return visits to supervise the implementation of the agreement to prevent disputes from recurring and causing new incidents.

The sixth is to establish a reporting mechanism. During the Olympic Games, each village and unit will conduct a dragnet inspection every five days, and groups and courtyards will be inspected every day. Villages are required to implement a "zero reporting" system and report to the town every 10 days on the investigation and resolution of conflicts and disputes. For conflicts and disputes discovered, strictly implement the work responsibility system and adhere to the principle that "responsibility will not be fulfilled and work will not be done in place." Let it go, don’t let it go until hidden dangers are eliminated, and don’t let it go until the problem is solved.”
