Select it, menu bar → Effect →3D→ Extrusion and Chamfering;

Select the front face for positioning, then choose one for chamfering, and choose plastic for coloring (I use English version, I don't know if it is written in Chinese version, please refer to it yourself), and check the box for preview. Then slowly adjust the parameters to play. Not bright enough, you can add a light;

If you are not satisfied after clicking OK, open the menu bar → Window → Appearance Panel in Appearance, and then select this item, you can see all the effects applied to this object, including the 3D made in the previous one. Click to open the setting interface and change the parameters. All other AI effects and styles can be adjusted in this way.

This method is not unique, but it can be drawn by gradient mesh or other methods. But to be honest, this style is ugly enough. It is better to draw from the perspective of studying the usage of AI, so that you don't have to learn this kind of thing in design.
