3. Unauthorized disassembly and movement of OBU equipment, and falling or loosening of ETC electronic tags may lead to failure of ETC equipment. Non-human fault can be brought to the bank or highway for reactivation.

4. When using debit card to bind ETC, insufficient balance will also lead to the failure of deduction, and it will also be blacklisted in ETC. At this point, you can follow the instructions of the field staff to the manual MTC lane and use cash or credit card to pass. For users blacklisted in ETC, just deposit the corresponding amount and log off after 24 hours.
