1. The validity period of a registered trademark is 10 years. If a registered trademark needs to be continued to be used after it expires, an application for trademark renewal should be made within 6 months before expiration. 2. If you do not apply for trademark renewal within 6 months, there is still a 6-month extension period. 3. If an application has not been filed within the extension period, the Trademark Office will cancel it after the expiration of the extension period. After the Trademark Office examines the trademark renewal registration application, it will issue a trademark renewal certificate and will not issue another trademark registration certificate. The original trademark registration certificate and trademark renewal certificate will be used together.
