Because of the magic of ancient recipes, the mystery of water quality in Guxian and the historical accumulation of production technology, the dried tofu in Guxian is soft, flexible, pure and delicious, which makes diners linger. At present, dried bean curd in Guxian county has been included in the municipal intangible cultural heritage list. In recent years, through policy support, the town has encouraged old masters to teach by example and young people to learn from their teachers, so that this traditional handicraft can be passed down from generation to generation.
