Research on Multinational Corporations' Investment in China
With the development of globalization, the investment activities of multinational corporations are expanding globally, including investment in China. Taking the investment of multinational corporations in China as the research object, this paper analyzes the background, development and influencing factors of multinational corporations' investment in China, discusses the present situation and future development trend of multinational corporations' investment in China, and how the China government attracts and regulates the investment activities of multinational corporations. It is found that the main driving force for multinational companies to invest in China is the improvement of market opportunities and investment environment in China, but there are also some challenges and risks, such as policy uncertainty, market access barriers and talent shortage. In order to attract more multinational companies to invest in China and promote the sustainable development of China's economy, the China government needs to strengthen policy communication, improve the convenience of market access, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, and relax the restrictions on the ratio of foreign shares.
