In June 1986

Shanghai Sanling Electrical Appliances General Factory passed the "Washing Machine Production License" inspection by the State Economic Commission and the Ministry of Light Industry and became a national designated professional manufacturer for the production of washing machines. . The Shenhua brand XPB20-IS double-tub washing machine was rated as a high-quality product in Shanghai. The Shenhua brand double-tub washing machine was rated as a famous brand product in Shanghai and a quality product by the Ministry of Light Industry. Sanling Factory initiated the "domestic general agency system" that year - the general distribution of Shanghai Home Appliances Company for "Shenhua Brand" products, marking the beginning of the domestic application of the internationally popular commodity sales agency system.

In early 1987

In 1988

In line with the principle of "taking all risks and sharing benefits", it was initiated by Shanghai Sanling Electrical Appliances Factory, Shanghai Jiushi Company, and Shanghai Communications "Shenhua Electric Appliances United Company", a new optimized combination with the participation of three parties from the Home Appliance Commercial (Group) Company, was formally established in September. Shenhua brand washing machines won the "Business Credit Certificate" and "Business Credit Cup" issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China. 1990

In May of 1990, it was named "Shanghai Industrial System Model Enterprise" by Shanghai Municipal Industrial Commission and Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission and one of the first batch of "Double Enterprises" in Shanghai Industrial System. In July 1992

In September, the JSRP8-A (convection balanced gas instant water heater), JSRO8-A, and JSXD8-A (flue type gas instant water heater) produced by our factory passed the safety quality of gas water heaters issued by the Ministry of Light Industry Review of "Safety and Quality Accreditation" by the Accreditation Management Office.

On June 15, 1993, after research by the Shanghai Municipal Economic Commission and the Huangpu District People's Government, it was agreed that the factory would form "Shanghai Shenhua (Group) Company" and "Shanghai Shenhua (Group) Company" Shanghai Shenhua Group".

At that time, under the leadership of the Shanghai Municipal Sports Commission, the administrative relationship of the original Shanghai Football Team was decoupled from the Municipal Sports Commission.
