The Jiangsu Province Zhangjiagang City Market Supervision and Administration Bureau received a report from Beidahuang Liquor Co., Ltd., saying that a business unit within its jurisdiction was suspected of selling counterfeit "Beidahuang" wine.

The registrant of the Jiangxi "Beidahuang" trademark is Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. On January 1, 2019, Beidahuang Liquor Co., Ltd. and Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. signed a trademark use contract, licensing Beidahuang Liquor Co., Ltd. exclusively uses the "Beidahuang" trademark registered by Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. for use on 33 types of liquor products.

According to the report, law enforcement officers quickly went to the reported area to investigate and verify. After on-site inspection, it was learned that the reported warehouse was located in Nanfeng Town, and the relevant wines were stored there. The inspectors immediately rushed to the location of the warehouse for further investigation. A large amount of liquor bearing the registered trademark "Beidahuang" was found stacked in the warehouse of the respondent. There were many types of liquor. After being counted one by one, a total of more than 40,000 bottles were found.
