What does manual valve mean?
"Manual valve" is not a manually operated valve, but an electric valve with a "manual operator".

Manual device: Intelligent manual device, also known as intelligent manual device, can automatically connect the given signal of the system (or regulator) and the feedback signal of the valve position, adjust according to the deviation between them, and output the corresponding control quantity, which can directly drive the valve without using a low-power servo amplifier, and can be connected with various regulators or computer control systems as backup instruments.

Classification of manual devices:

D-type hand-held manipulator is operated by the control signal from the regulator or DCS and the valve position signal fed back by the actuator. It directly outputs positive and negative electrical signals to drive the electric actuator, controls the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and outputs the valve position signal to the regulator. When the operator automatically changes hands, it outputs the state signal of the switch value to the regulator as the valve position tracking signal of the regulator.

Q-type hand-held manipulator is operated by the control signal from the regulator or DCS and the valve position signal fed back by the actuator, and outputs linear current or voltage signal to directly drive the pneumatic valve to control the opening and closing of the valve, and at the same time outputs the valve position signal to the regulator. When the operator automatically changes hands, it outputs the state signal of the switch value to the regulator as the valve position tracking signal of the regulator.

Hard manual operation consists of an operator without automatic control, which only receives the valve signal and controls the output through man-machine dialogue. Output signals can be positive and negative electrical signals (D-type hard manual operation) or linear current and voltage signals (Q-type hard manual operation). The valve position is displayed by receiving the valve position signal to determine the valve opening.
