1. The subject of Meituan e-commerce platform must be a legally registered enterprise user, and applications from individual industrial and commercial households and non-Chinese mainland enterprises are not accepted for the time being.

5. The Meituan platform account of the actual controller of the merchant store has been punished by Meituan by specific management measures or serious violations, and will not be settled in.
