Tianshan Small and Medium Enterprises Entrepreneurship Base was named one of the demonstration entrepreneurship bases in Zhejiang Province. It has a newly built standard factory building of 15,000 square meters and a total area of ??50,000 square meters. A total of 16 companies have settled in the area, and the total annual tax revenue has reached 2.31 million yuan. In 2007, Taiyang Town implemented the "Tianmu Rainbow" talent introduction project and cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Mechanical Sciences to carry out technical research on the production process of hardware tools. While developing traditional industries such as bamboo shoots, pigs, sericulture, and pecans, Taiyang Town focuses on supporting high-quality specialties such as torreya, four-season bamboo, and sweet potatoes. There are more than 480 acres of new torreya trees, of which more than 170 acres are contiguous; the four-season bamboo base has reached 150 acres; construction of 350 acres of small bamboo shoot base, 328 acres of moso bamboo high-yield park, and 250 acres of Seven Sisters pepper base. Characteristic agriculture develops rapidly. Seven Sisters Spicy Food Factory entered Lin'an City's leading agricultural enterprise for the first time, and Delong Roasted Seeds Factory passed QS certification. Longtan soft-shell turtle, longevity chicken, ostrich and other specialty agricultural products are sold well inside and outside the province. The brand of agricultural products is further established and has become a highlight of Taiyang's specialty agriculture.

In 2006, Taiyang Town effectively integrated various resources, made full use of the idle land of enterprises, established an entrepreneurial base for small and medium-sized enterprises, built more than 10,000 square meters of standard factories, and introduced 8 small enterprises. The entrepreneurial base was recognized by the province The Economic and Trade Commission rated it as one of the 100 entrepreneurial bases for small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

In 2004, there were 10 large-scale hardware tool enterprises in the town, with 38 production lines, an annual consumption of more than 13,000 tons of steel, and an annual production capacity of 240 million sets (pieces). More than 80% of the various specifications of lithium fish pliers, water pumps, centrifugal wrenches, flexible wrenches, robot wrenches, plum blossom wrenches and other products are exported to the United States, the European Union, Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and have cooperated with many domestic automobile and motorcycle companies. It has supporting links with car manufacturers, with an annual industrial sales output value of more than 350 million yuan. More than 35 million yuan was invested in technical transformation, involving 15 companies and 10 new production lines. The successful creation of well-known brands such as "Tiangu", "Qianwang" and "Phoenix" has laid a solid foundation for the further development of the hardware tool industry.
