1. The category and name of the goods using the trademark shall be filled in according to the prescribed commodity classification table, and an application for registration shall be filed;

3. The protection scope of trademark registration is limited to registered trademarks and goods approved for use.

Article 22 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

The applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the category and name of the goods using the trademark in accordance with the prescribed commodity classification table and apply for registration.

Article 32

The application for trademark registration shall not damage the prior rights of others, nor shall it preempt the registration of trademarks that others have used and have certain influence by unfair means.

Article 56

The exclusive right to use a registered trademark is limited to the registered trademark and the goods approved for use.
