Fuling mustard tuber (fü lí ng zhà cà i) is a special product in Fuling District, Chongqing, and a symbol product of chinese national geography.

Fuling mustard tuber is a fresh, tender and crispy flavor product made of Fuling's unique green vegetable head through unique processing technology. Together with French pickled cucumber and German sweet and sour cabbage, it is also called the world's three famous pickles, and it is also one of the three famous vegetables (mustard tuber, Osmunda japonica, bamboo shoots) exported by China. Its traditional production techniques were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

"Fuling mustard tuber" was approved to be registered as a geographical indication certification trademark in April 2, and "Fuling Zhacai" was approved to be registered as a geographical indication certification trademark in April 26. The geographical indication certification trademark of Fuling mustard tuber was recognized as "Chongqing Famous Trademark" on January 21st, 25 and "China Well-known Trademark" on January 15th, 21. The geographical indication certification trademark of "Fuling Zhacai" was recognized as "Chongqing Famous Trademark" on December 17th, 21.

On December 13th, 24, the former General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine approved the protection of Fuling mustard tuber.
