You can apply at Qianniu seller's workbench. Here are the application methods.

1. Go to the seller's center, and click the qualification certification button of Baby Management, as shown in the following figure

2. Enter the page, and click New Qualification, as shown in the following figure

3. Select the qualification name and authorization certificate, as shown in the following figure

4. Fill in and upload relevant brand certification documents, as shown in the following figure. After submission, it will be reviewed within 2-7 working days. You can check the review status on the application page, as shown in the figure below.
