2. Behavior restriction

If your behavior on Taobao platform, or the behavior that is not implemented on Taobao platform but has an impact on Taobao platform and its users, constitutes a breach of contract, Taobao can take measures such as deducting points from your account, restricting your participation in marketing activities, stopping providing you with some or all services, and deducting liquidated damages according to the corresponding rules. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, Taobao can seal up your account and stop providing services to you.

3. AliPay account handling

When you breach the contract and there are certain circumstances such as fraud, selling fake goods, stealing other people's accounts, or you are at risk of endangering other people's transaction security or account security, Taobao will instruct Alipay to take compulsory measures such as canceling payment and stopping payment of funds for your Alipay account according to the risk degree of your behavior.
