Eligible trademark/trademark application types must be:

lPure text trademark;

lCombined trademark with text and graphics;

lPurely graphic trademarks with recognizable text;

lThe text types included in the trademarks listed above are limited to Chinese characters (simplified or traditional), Latin letters (a-z, not case sensitive), Arabic numerals (0-9);

lSpecial characters in trademark registration, "amp;", "@", need to be replaced with "-", and spaces in the name can be omitted or used " -" to replace.

Trademark rights holders/trademark applicants with the same name as the trademark or the same name for the main part of the trademark are eligible to apply for the same ".trademark" domain name. Specifically, they can follow the naming rules for ".trademark" domain name registration words and the ".trademark" domain name registration words mentioned below. The following domain names are prohibited from use or reserved for registration:

l Words or phrases that destroy the independence of trademark registration/application information after being split;

lWords or phrases prohibited from registration by ICANN, including but not limited to all one-character and two-character combinations, names of international organizations or institutions including but not limited to the International Olympic Committee, the International Red Cross Movement and the International Red Crescent Movement, and international intergovernmental Organization name;

lWords or phrases that violate the relevant requirements of the Internet Domain Name Management Measures of the place where the domain name is used;

lRegistered words that only contain regional names, industry common vocabulary, and regional industry common vocabulary ;

lContains only words or phrases that are prohibited from registration by any local laws and regulations;

lRegistered words that conflict with social and public interests;

lOthers A domain name that the ".trademark" domain name registration authority deems should not be registered based on its discretion;

lThe above prohibition on registration requirements, registered/applied trademarks are not exempt.

The “.trademark” domain name registration authority has the final right to interpret the above terms and may approve or reject domain name registration at its absolute discretion. 5.1 Applicants for the ".trademark" domain name who hold valid trademark registrations

5.2 Applicants for ".trademark" domain names who hold valid trademark applications

i. Electronic information proving the qualification of the applicant: including but not limited to business license/business registration certificate/organization code certificate/personal ID card, etc.;

ii. Electronic proof of trademark application under review Information: including but not limited to trademark acceptance notice/submission certificate, trademark registration application (when the registered word cannot be reflected in the trademark acceptance notice, a trademark registration application must be submitted as the basis for naming the registered word); p>

5.3 Entrusted processing

5.4 Trademark registration certificate/application certificate

If the above materials cannot be submitted due to loss, destruction or other reasonable reasons, the applicant may submit other legal and valid trademark registration certificates/applications. Proof, including but not limited to screenshots of trademark file information disclosed by relevant designated intellectual property agencies and their data sources, may be accepted by the ".trademark" domain name registration bureau at its discretion.

5.5 Translation of application materials

If the above materials are not written in Chinese or English, the ".trademark" domain name registration bureau must require the applicant to submit translations and other supporting materials.

Registration period, renewal, deletion, change and transfer of ".trademark"

6.1 Registration period, renewal

After the registrant's trademark obtains the registration certification document issued by the recognized intellectual property management agency in the relevant designated place and submits it to the registration bureau for review through the registrar/agency, the domain name will be unfrozen, and the renewal period and use rights will be the same as the above certificate. 6.4 Registrar transfer

Also known as registrar change. Operations need to be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations on domain name transfer between registrars on ICANN. Both the original registrar and the registrar to which the domain name is transferred must provide necessary service support to the registrant in accordance with the above regulations.

6.5 Transfer

Also known as domain name transfer. The first group is for applicants with TMCH qualifications, the second group is for applicants with trademark registration certificate qualifications, and the third group is for applicants with trademark application qualifications under review. The above pre-registration period, sunrise period, and allocation period are the domain name registration application qualification and information review stages, and there is no WHOIS display. After the domain name is successfully registered, it will be displayed in WHOIS and the domain name usage time will be calculated.

After the allocation period, the domain name public registration period enters. During this period, all qualified applicants can submit applications and allocation will be based on the "first to apply, first to get" rule. The allocation method of duplicate name auction will no longer be used. The order of eligible applications will be determined based on the reception time recorded in the Registration Authority system.
