Lai Guishan uses the recipes left by his ancestors and the techniques of making Mao liquor, and refers to scientific methods. From the original four wine cellars to 28 new cellars, scientific principles were used to turn the new cellars into old cellars, and the quality and quantity were gradually improved. By the eve of liberation, the annual output had reached 300,000 kilograms, ten times more than that of "Huamao". Mr. Lai personally designed the "Pengqiu trademark" and named it "Laimao".
Since then, it has been selling well all over the country, entering the international market, and has become famous all over the world. Later, as "Lai Mao" received more and more attention, a large number of wineries labeled their liquors with the "Lai Mao" trademark. For a time, the market was flooded with various "Lai Mao" brands, making it impossible to distinguish the authenticity. In order to distinguish the traditional "Lai Mao" from other brands on the market, "Lai Mao" was renamed "Lai Guishan Liquor" and "Gulai Liquor" to trace its origin.
