Adjust your thinking:
1. Register a trademark and you can use it as soon as you get the TM. You don’t have to wait for R’s approval. If you wait for R, it will cost at least 10 months.
2. Pay attention to a few issues when processing. First, whether you buy the raw materials for bottles and label lights yourself or from an OEM factory. If you buy them yourself, your costs will increase. If the other party provides raw materials, then the other party has requirements for your quantity. If it is too little, they will not help you produce it. Second, pay attention to the payment method of processing fees. You should pay a part first, and then pay more after the product is released. The quality responsibility must be borne by the processor.
3. You are an old business person and have your own resources, but you have to understand that resources are resources. If you make your own products, will these so-called resources of yours buy you? After all, your product is a new product. I have been in the FMCG industry for nearly 10 years. Except for independent brands, I have never seen any dealer who is 100% committed to a certain product.
4. First rely on your own resources to make some sales and ensure your own profits first. As for building a team and subsequent investment promotion, this is a part of development. I think you can take it slow and eat your fill first. , and then seek development.
I hope we can communicate with you in the future. . .
