3. What are the basic standards for establishing medical institutions

Medical institutions that have not yet complied with the standards can implement the basic standards for ethnic hospitals of the same type by the health administrative departments of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly under the Central Government. Conditions

According to the provisions of the "Medical Institution Management Regulations", six conditions must be met to apply for medical institution practice registration and obtain a "Medical Institution Practice License":

(1) Have an approval letter for establishing a medical institution;

(2) Meet the basic standards for medical institutions;

(3) Have a suitable name, organization and Place;

(4) Have funds, facilities, equipment and professional health technicians suitable for the business it carries out;

(5) Have corresponding rules and regulations;

(6) Ability to independently bear civil liability.

According to the provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Individual Practices of Physicians and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners", individual practitioners and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners shall be issued business licenses by the health administrative department of the county (city) where they are located, conduct supervision and management, and collect management fees .
